My Approach
When it comes to understanding, learning, insight, coping strategies, motivation, and active recovery outcomes, I believe the power of healing begins in the relationship between a client and therapist.
The journey of personal exploration is most valuable when working as a team, creating a sacred therapeutic space to uncover our challenges and develop successful strategies.
Finding balance between self-care and life's demands is where I thrive, making it my "sweet spot" for vibrant living. Guiding others is not just my profession—it's my passion.

My style of therapy is about active connection and discussion.
I draw intuitively from the most helpful clinical tools to help your process of change. I believe relating and engagement in the psychotherapy process are most helpful in exploring and learning where our psyche feels stuck, motivated and yearning to grow.
I see this process as a mutual exploration to safely explore and develop creative pathways for greater wholeness and peace.
